Katherine Heigl, the actress of "Grey's Anatomy," has her mind about being raised in the "white bubble" and how the realization has affected how she raises her adoptive multiracial children. But after speaking to her sister who is adopted in South Korea she realized just the different ways society treats the children. Meg was asked if she was treated differently in the times they went out with their parents or when they went alone. Meg replied "Oh Yes! All the times!" Heigl addressed Parents about the moment she realised her naivet . She became enraged at the time, and chose to channel her anger into help her adopted daughters. Heigl as well as her long-time husband -- singer Josh Kelley -- have an infant son, aged 4 years old. Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. They adopted Nancy Leigh from South Korea aged 12 years old in 2009. followed by Adalaide whom was eight years old older and was Black in 2012.
